Marquis's Bio:

I have Crohn's disease, it doesn't have me, is a motto I adapted after being diagnosed with Crohn's in '09. Fitness, nutrition, mindset and faith has helped me live with and manage Crohn's and now I get to help others transform their lives.

What I love the most about coaching is seeing my clients transformations and checking back into life. It's more than working out, it takes new habits, commitment and a lifestyle change for true transformation and I'm honored to serve at such a high level.

Living with a chronic condition has enabled me to be empathetic and help those battling chronic conditions navigate the ups and downs of living with our conditions while still making health and wellness a priority. I look forward to working with you in the near future.
